Securing Appointment Date
Your appointment date(s) and service(s) will be secured when the signed contract and deposit have been received. All bookings for weddings are made on a "first-come-first-served" basis. No dates will be guaranteed without a signed contract and deposit.

Deposit
All reservations for parties up to 3 people must be reserved and guaranteed with a $150.00 deposit. Parties of 5 or more must be reserved and guaranteed with a $250.00 deposit. Parties with 8 or more must be reserved with a $400 deposit.

Payment
Remaining balance is due the day of service. Prices are subject to change as styling needs change or as services are added or upgraded. Prices do not include gratuity. However, twenty (20)% will be added to your total due for your convenience. We accept CASH, CHECK, MASTERCARD, VISA, and DISCOVER as forms of payment.

Contract/Appointment Changes
All agreements will be made in writing including: day, start time of services, name of wedding party with the service they are getting and anticipated time of departure. The wedding coordinator will email you a copy of the services scheduled and service times for your party. Any changes/additions to guests or wedding party members requesting additional services after the contract is signed must be submitted by e-mail. Charges for guest requiring additional services must be paid in full on the day of service. There is a $25.00 charge for a printed revision of the contract.

Cancellations
Services cancelled twenty one (21) days or less prior to date of service will be charged 50% of the service(s) cancelled. Any cancellations made with less than seven (7 ) days to date of service will be charged 100% of the service value on the day of the service. If the entire wedding party is cancelled, 50% of the original contract will be taken from the deposit and any balance will be charged with the credit card associated with this contract.

*Cancellations due to emergencies are considered on a case-by-case basis per the salon coordinator's discretion.

Late Arrivals
If the wedding party is more than fifteen (15) minutes late without making contact with us, the party will be charged an additional $15.00 late fee for each guest serviced. Tardiness results in scheduling and service conflicts for you and other clients following your appointment. If a wedding party is late for the scheduled service appointment times and notifies us of a new arrival time, stylists may or may not be able to accommodate the new arrival time. If the scope of the original contract cannot be fulfilled due to client's tardiness, services may be reduced; however, clients are liable for the original contracted amount.

*If a wedding party is more than one (1) hour late without making contact with us, the assumption is that the client is a no-show. This results in the client forfeiting all deposits and being charged for the full contracted amount. We apologize for any inconvenience but we must follow this policy out of respect for our stylists and other clients.
